Sustainable Development Governance
ConocoPhillips uses a strategic planning process and risk management tools to integrate evolving sustainability risks and trends into the company’s framework for decision making. Environmental and social performance are key components of our long-range planning process. Our comprehensive governance framework is designed to evaluate risks through a sustainability lens and manage related risks and opportunities, incorporating input from the Board of Directors Public Policy and Sustainability Committee, the Executive Leadership Team, senior management and internal subject matter experts. The overarching corporate governance element is addressed in the Investors section.
